1. Overview

OnlyAi Proxies (“we”, “us”) provides access to mobile proxy endpoints (“Service”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Permitted Use / Prohibited Conduct

• Permitted: research, SEO, ads verification, brand monitoring, compliance testing, social media management where platform rules allow.
• Prohibited: spam, fraud, credential stuffing, carding, phishing, DDoS, malware distribution, copyright infringement, harassment, scraping against robots.txt where applicable, or any activity illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Plans, Billing & Renewals

Our plan is billed monthly unless canceled. Prices may change with notice. Promotions (e.g., $100/mo) may be time-limited.

6. Delivery

Upon successful payment, we assign a dedicated endpoint from our pool. Credentials are visible in your dashboard and/or sent to your email.

7. Refunds

Initial purchase: contact support within 24 hours if the Service is unusable due to an issue on our side. Approved refunds are at our discretion. No refunds for violations or abuse.

8. Fair Use & Resource Limits

No hard bandwidth caps, but we enforce fair-use to protect pool health. Excessive abuse or abnormal patterns may trigger rate limits or suspension.

9. Availability & Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and regions may evolve.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

11. Termination

You can cancel anytime effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate for violations or risk to the network.
